DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY IN / OUT DATA ENTRY OF STOCK MOVEMENTS UPDATE IN / OUT STOCK RECORDS FILL OUT DELIVERY DOCUMENTS KEEP RECORDS OF TRANSPORTION TRIPS PREPARE MONTHLY STOCK FOR SUBMISSION UPDATE IN / OUT STOCK RECORDS IN SAP PREPARE CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS-GPB AM AND LAMPIRAN "C" PREPARE CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS FOR SUB-CONTRACT- LAMPIRAN "GPB 1" PREPARE MONTHLY STOCKS REPORTS FOR SUBMISSION TO CUSTOMS WORKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTED ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURES AND INSTURCTIONS, SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINED IN INDIVIDUAL PROCEDURES AND INSTRUCTIONS REPORTING PROBLEMS OR DEVIATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AND THE EMS TO THE EMS COMMITTEE AD HOC ASSIGNMENT AS AND WHEN NECESSARY
REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM SPM/ STPM/ PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS WORKING IN RELATED FIELD COMPUTER LITERATE AND WELL VERSED IN MICROSOFT APPLICATION GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABLE TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY UNDER MINIMUM SUPERVISION
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
