Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties :-



Collect GTN, MTN, and Incoming Documents (Stock Card). Update shipment arrangements and checklists. Record and update GRN (Good Receiving Tag) after material arrival. Update slow-moving parts list. Ensure FIFO system is implemented in store. Update packaging monitoring every Wednesday and Friday. Prepare monthly inventory reports for Finished Goods, Raw Parts, Materials, Packaging, and Components. Print and label materials according to type and packaging Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Independent with minimal supervision. Good time management and task prioritization. Willing to learn new procedures and materials quickly.

Authority :-



Verify and sign oil pump receipts. Verify and sign Material Transfer Notes (MTN).

Working Condition :-



Able to work overtime when required. Working area: store and production section.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-



100% accuracy of stock and documentation updates. Timely submission of packaging and inventory reports. Compliance with FIFO and ISO procedures. Zero missing or mislabelled materials.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
