Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Stock Management

Record all stock in/out accurately in the system. Conduct physical stock counts according to schedule. Ensure stock is arranged by category and easily accessible. Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.

Receiving & Issuing Goods

Check the quantity and quality of goods received from suppliers. Prepare and verify receiving documents (DO/GRN). Handle stock requests from other departments and prepare issuance documents.

Documentation & Records

Update inventory records in the system or spreadsheet. Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery orders, and stock reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

Coordination with Teams

Communicate with suppliers, supervisors, and other departments regarding stock matters. Assist in internal audits and scheduled stock audits.

Store Cleanliness & Safety

Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety SOPs. Ensure goods are stored correctly to avoid damage or accidents.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Store management: 1 year (Preferred)
