Store Crew Members

to represent

CelcomDigi

at our selected retail outlets. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging product demonstrations for postpaid and prepaid plans, mobile devices, accessories, and value-added services. Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales transactions, customer inquiries, and administrative duties. Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and deliver solutions with a customer-first mindset. Assist with customer onboarding, registration processes, device setup, and provide after-sales support. Maintain the store's visual presentation to ensure it is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and event launches. Strive to meet service excellence and customer satisfaction targets (NPS). Share customer feedback and insights with the retail team to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently. Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile devices, applications, and digital tools. Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage. Positive attitude, motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Reliable team player with good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
