Job Description

: Store 1. Receive, inspect, and record goods from suppliers and place goods under quarantine and transfer goods to material storage. 2. Checking and verifying all raw material entry documents and packaging materials after being entered in the system on a daily basis. 3. Issuing materials approved for production on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis for packaging materials and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) for raw materials. 4. Receiving materials returned from production and ensuring approval before putting them back into the material store. 5. Responsible for ensuring physical stock of raw materials and packages in line with the system. 6. Keeping the store clean. Production Supervisor 1. Report to the Production Manager for all related matters. 2. Responsible for assisting and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements during production. 3. Ensure production schedule is adhered to. 4. Responsible for carrying out and recording \'in-process quality control\' activities. 5. Cooperate with the Production Manager and QA/QC Manager in the implementation of the quality management system, including GMP. 6. Ensure that the stock of production materials is sufficient for the production to be carried out. 7. Responsible for identifying problems, investigating and making discussions with the Production Manager towards problem solving. 8. Responsible for written documentation for all activities related to manufacturing, cleaning, status labeling, maintenance and so on. 9. Ensure that all workers in the production department comply with the SOP during production activities. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 MALE only. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess minimum a Diploma qualification with 1 year of experience in warehouse management and production/processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Forklift experience preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with MS Office suite of software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in minimum supervision
