Store Executive (gifting)

Job Description

We're Malaysia/Singapore based personalised gifting company specializing in custom-printed products and curated gift sets. Under the operation execution team, you will incharge of the daily operation required hand craft and printing & customization of gift production.

Job offer


- 6 days/week (Mon-Sat)

Main responsibilities



- Oversee and support day-to-day store and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and replenishment

- Collaborate and assist with internal teams (printing, packing, customer service) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements


- Prior experience in store, warehouse, e-commerce, or operations roles preferred.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
