Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all store operations, including sales and merchandising
Ensure operational excellence, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Hotel Management or its equivalent.
Candidate with minimum 15 years of working experience in retail operations. Minimum 8 years in Managerial level.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,088.37 - RM13,845.18 per month
