To ensure Safety and Security of all personnel and goods at all times.
To assist driver in ensuring that the goods being loaded on the vehicle is tally with the number as recorded on the documentations before leaving the warehouse.
To assist driver in ensuring the loading and unloading of the vehicle is conducted as per procedure.
To assist Warehouse Team to inspect each and every goods being loaded onto the vehicle and before delivery to a client.
To conduct loading and unloading activities of customer goods to be delivered.
To ensure the necessary equipment needed are loaded to make the delivery (ie. Push trolley and etc.)
To assist client in delivery of goods to premise and sorting where possible.
To report to the Warehouse Team should there be complaints or irregularities when facing clients.
To have constant communication with the Warehouse Team on whereabouts, timing and when a delivery can be concluded.
To carry out overtime duties and deliveries as instructed by drivers or superiors when necessary.
On a weekly basis, to assist driver ensure that the vehicle is cleaned and presentable for deliveries.
To ensure return of POD to warehouse team.
