Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations and HALAL standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating and coordinating with Outlet Manager NAD Account Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
