Job Description


  • To maintain and inspect all receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock from the stockroom.
  • To inspect on stock discrepancies or damages; report to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • To receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Perform checks on suppliers DO and Purchases Invoice are received update to Accounting System.
  • Keep all internal forms and supplier\'s documents (Vendor File) up to date.
  • Daily update receiving and withdrawing stocks into system and submit documents to superior.
  • Daily inventory check.
  • Key DO in system.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties related to admin.
  • Monthly stock takes documents.
  • To manage stock packing, pricing, labeling, delivery and moving of stocks for all deliveries; ensure that deliveries and issuance are accurate and timely.
  • Undertake and complete any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of a Store Keeper cum Admin as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.
