Job Description

Check and ensure receiving and outgoing materials, types of equipment and tools records in stock card and make sure quantity correct and good condition. 1. Checking and update the store card for all incoming and outgoing transaction. 2. IQC check. 3. Follow up all purchases deliver on time. 4. Arrangement for transportation or courier service 5. Know well all type of materials, equipments and tools. 6. To manage the store and ensure effective control of all incoming and outgoing materials. 7. Material issue note/ DO/ Equipment issue note must acknowledgement by receiver before collect the goods. 8. To maintain stock proper control to minimize wastage of material. 9. Must make sure all our consignment stock, equipment store, outside cabinet, container always lock.
