Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Store Keeper & Logistic clerk

to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting the production department with clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth workflow across departments. To support the production process by tracking & controlling inventory, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operations. Assist in scheduling and supporting day-to-day logistics operations. This duties also include data entry, updating report, and communicating to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Responsibility

Manage daily stock in and out (raw materials, finished parts/item, etc.). Maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies. Record stock movement accurately into the system or documents. Organize and arrange stock neatly according to proper storage procedures. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area. Handle receiving and delivery of goods (invoices, delivery orders, receipts). Prepare daily/weekly stock and logistics reports. Liaise with delivery personnel, customers, and internal departments on logistics matters. Ensure all store and logistics documentation is properly filed and updated. Completing other administrative tasks Communicating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Requirement

Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field. At least 2-3 years related work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) Able to use

is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ISO Standards and workplace safety regulations is an added advantage Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
