Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable

Store Keeper & Logistic

to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible to handling all warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations efficiently. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth logistic operations. The position also requires the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support loading and unloading activities. This position also coordinates logistics and transportation activities to support smooth operations between suppliers, warehouse, and production teams. To support the production process by tracking & controlling inventory, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operations

Job Responsibility

Manage daily stock in and out (raw materials, finished parts/item, etc.). Maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and supplies Record stock movement accurately into the system or documents. Organize and arrange stock neatly according to proper storage procedures. Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading, and material handling activities Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area. Handle receiving and delivery of goods (invoices, delivery orders, receipts). Liaise with delivery personnel, customers, and internal departments on logistics matters. Support logistic planning and provide assistance during loading/unloading activities Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods according to safety and quality standards Communicating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

The Requirement

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field Able to operate a forklift (with or without valid forklift license) At least 2-3 years related work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment or experience in warehouse, storekeeping Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks and materials Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ISO Standards and workplace safety regulations is an added advantage

Working Conditions:

Based at factory/store location May be required to assist with overtime or urgent delivery schedules when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
