Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records and database
Organise and manage the storage of all items, ensuring efficient and accessible storage
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
Prepare and distribute requested items to relevant departments in a timely manner
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy
Implement and follow proper storage and handling protocols
Assist with the coordination of deliveries and shipments
Provide support to the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail
Proficient in the use of inventory management systems and computer applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
