Responsible for preparing and processing all outgoing shipments efficiently.
Ensure all items are properly packed and shipping documentation is accurate.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries.
Manage internal and customer portal transactions promptly and accurately.
Communicate daily with the Sales and other departments regarding shipment plans.
Maintain organized and up to date shipment records.
Prepare regular shipment and logistics reports.
Education or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum qualification of SPM or higher.
Over 2 years of solid experience in the shipping field.
Proficient in using shipping software and tools to track and manage shipments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
