Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (dairy products, frozen goods, etc.).
Ensure proper storage of all goods according to company standards (including temperature control where applicable).
Monitor and record stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock.
Prepare and issue materials/goods based on sales orders or production needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO method).
Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Support loading/unloading activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
SPM / Certificate in related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operation (preferably in FMCG / food industry).
Familiar with inventory software or basic computer skills.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in cold storage environments when required.
Able to use forklift
