1. Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwarders.
2. Able to perform self packing and palletizing the materials and Finish Goods.
3. To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
4. To prepare all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc.
5. To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order)
6. To confirm physical stock and checking the incoming or outgoing shipment according to the delivery order/packing list.
7. To update and maintain the shipping report and update the shipment status to shipping requester.
8. Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline.
9. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
10. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. At least ertificate or equivalent experience.
2. At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping process & requirement. Knowledge of drive forklift will be add advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
