Requirements
  • Minimum STPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
  • Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
  • Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Responsibility
  • Achievement of sales target set.
  • Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
  • Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
  • Implementation of an efficient in-store training program.
  • Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
  • Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
