Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, and staff management to meet business targets. Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain excellence in service and store presentation. Monitor store KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement effective improvement strategies. Execute in-store marketing and promotional activities. Manage inventory, ensure timely product replenishment, and streamline store logistics. Support the launch and setup of new store locations as needed. Stay informed on product knowledge and market trends to guide the team and boost sales. Build strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers

Requirements:

Proven leadership skills with

retail management experience.

Minimum 3-5 years in a reatil leadership role. Proficiency in uisng point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Goal-oriented and able to lead a team to achieve store targets Energetic, adaptable, and ready to grow with us

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
