Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations -- from sales and service to team management -- ensuring a smooth, high-performing store environment. Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and create an unforgettable shopping experience for parents and kids alike. Track store KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve business goals. Execute visual merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional activities that reflect our bold, playful brand identity. Manage inventory levels, ensure timely product replenishment, and maintain an organized, trend-forward store. Support the setup and launch of new store locations as we expand our street style footprint. Stay ahead of kidswear and streetwear trends, sharing insights with your team to keep product knowledge fresh and sales strong. Build positive relationships with customers, community partners, and vendors to grow brand visibility.

What You'll Bring

Proven

leadership experience in retail management

, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or kidswear.

3-5 years

in a supervisory or store leadership role. Strong

POS and Microsoft Office

skills. Exceptional

organization, communication, and problem-solving

abilities. A

sales-driven mindset

with the ability to motivate and lead a team toward ambitious targets. A

creative eye for fashion

and passion for kids' streetwear culture. Energetic, adaptable and ready to grow with a brand that's redefining kids' style.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
