Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM6,500 (Basic + Commission)
Responsibilities:
Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
Training, and overseeing new staff
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
Preparing detailed reports on staff schedule and other general reports
Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of retail experience
Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry
The right attitude and interest to learn & grow in the retail industry
Strong leadership skill, humble and willing to learn
Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be added advantage
Able to work on rotational shift & weekend
