Responsibilities: To prepare work plan to ensure smooth store operation; stimulate sales to achieve/exceed company budget; to lead subordinates to enhance the image and hygiene of the outlet; to constantly achieve GP as required; ability to manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock supplies and minimize stock shrinkage; monitor cash handling; understand new product and convey new product information to retail crews; provide up to date market information to superior; and other ad hoc duties related to the position.
