Role Overview
As a
Store Manager
, you are the leader and driver of your outlet's performance. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure service and product quality, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines operational excellence, people management, and hands-on leadership -- perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.
Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and service delivery.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to achieve store profitability targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
People Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop baristas and shift leaders.
Motivate and coach team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Create a positive work culture that reflects Luckin Coffee's values.
Manage staff scheduling and attendance to optimize manpower and labor costs.
Customer Experience
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong brand presence and store image in line with company standards.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and operational issues.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Coordinate with Area Managers and HQ for store-level initiatives and improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
Minimum
2-3 years
of retail or F&B management experience (coffee chain experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen with understanding of P&L and cost management.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
