A once-in-a-lifetime Store Manager (Luxury Retail) job has become available at a luxury retail space based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, this is a role for a Store Manager who is a leader in their field.

About the Store Manager (Luxury Retail) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations of the stores, and excellent client services and achieving sales targets, improving productivity, and delivering profitability along side a team of retail supervisors, brand ambassadors and with the sales and operations manager to achieve the best results for the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise sales through the effective implementation of strategies, new launches, and initiatives
• Seek continual improvements to enhance the brand experience, repeat visits, and incremental purchases of full-price items for clients
• Motivate and drive the team to achieve KPIs
• Provide coaching, and training to the team to improve customer service and product knowledge
• Provide timely feedback to key functions to maintain healthy inventory, timely market information, and forecasts
• Provide sales achievement, weekly/monthly operations report
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the management

To succeed in this Store Manager (Luxury Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the organisation and the sales and operations manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in the retail industry with at least three years at the shop supervisory level
• Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred
• Strong abilities in staff management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken)
