Customer Service Excellence: Expertise in resolving customer issues and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Operational Proficiency: Experience with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and enforcing store policies.
Inventory Management: Working knowledge of stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention best practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coach staff and interact with customers.
Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
