What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and keep the Boost spirit alive every day. Manage daily store operations -- from opening to closing -- ensuring everything runs smoothly. Handle stock control, inventory ordering, and cash management with accuracy. Drive sales growth and meet performance targets through teamwork and customer engagement. Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a strong, motivated crew. Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards. Foster a fun, positive, and high-energy workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in retail or F&B management (juice bar, cafe is a plus). A natural leader who can inspire, communicate, and connect with the team. Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about operations and customer experience. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Positive energy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
