We are seeking a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager / supervisor to join our growing team at Baker's Cottage; a well-established cafe/ restaurant known by its own signature Roasted Chicken and variety of cakes and pastries. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality of food and service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for our customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting from RM2,300 per month
Expected hours: No less than 45h per week
Requirements:
Language : Bahasa Melayu (required), English
Minimum education SPM
Fit and healthy with a strong mindset
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent in communication and customer service skills
Problem solver with technical proficiency skills
Good knowledge of F&B operations including cost control, inventory, and customer service standards.
Able to work on weekend, public holiday and peak hours.
