The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals. Managing inventory, including stock replenishment and loss prevention. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Conducting training and development for staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Priority given to those with outstanding performance in

furniture sales or interior design

online sales experience

preferred. Quick thinking, strong communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. Team-oriented.
