Position: Store Supervisor



As a Store Supervisor of Giorgio Armani Malaysia, you will be a key leader on the sales floor, supporting store management in achieving business goals, driving team performance and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. You will serve as a brand ambassador, uphold operational excellence, and coach team members while actively meeting your own sales targets.

Responsibilities



Brand leadership and client experience

Represent the Armani Brand by embody its values of elegance, integrity and service. Deliver a luxury-level client experience, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and expertise styling. Ensure team members consistently meet clienteling standards, supporting CRM strategies and customer loyalty.

Sales & KPI Management

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance. Monitor daily business metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive results. Support team in reaching sales goals through coaching, product knowledge sharing and floor leadership.

Team leadership

Assist in leading and motivating the sales team, acting as the point person in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager. Support in onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires and junior associates. Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting, with regular product replenishment and styling updates. Partner with VM and store leadership to ensure optimal product presentation.

Operational Excellence

Oversee store opening/closing procedures and support back-office operations, including inventory control, stock transfers, and BOH organization. Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Assist with returns, exchanges, and resolving client service issues in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Requirement



With at least 1-2 years' experience of supervisory or leadership experience in premium, luxury or high-volume fashion retail. Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales targets. Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Able to work on rotating retail shift, weekends and public holidays. Experience with CRM systems, POS systems and retail operations platforms. Product knowledge and affinity with luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
