Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a cafe or casual dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of daily restaurant operations, manpower management, and basic reporting
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or related field is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure product quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance are met at all times
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Handle cash flow, daily reports, and shift scheduling
• Support the Store Manager in operational planning and problem-solving
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively
