The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily e-commerce fulfillment and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. This role involves leading the operations team, managing stock and order workflows, and maintaining high operational efficiency across all e-commerce platforms. The incumbent will also support performance reporting, process improvement, and vendor coordination to enhance overall fulfillment quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and supervise the e-commerce operations team in daily order fulfillment, returns handling, and logistics coordination.
Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational deliverables.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve team and business objectives.
2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
Oversee order syncing, processing, and fulfillment activities across all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders in coordination with warehouse staff and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
Manage and monitor return parcels, including quality checks (QC), repacking, and stock updating in the system.
Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to resolve delivery issues, manage return handling, and evaluate service performance.
3. Stock Management, Forecasting & Planning
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate replenishment for daily operations and promotional campaigns.
Work with procurement and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan inventory allocation efficiently.
Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between the system and physical warehouse inventory.
Identify and address stock variances promptly to maintain data integrity.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Review and validate delivery orders, invoices, and goods received notes (GRNs) for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain regular operational reports, including order summaries, fulfillment efficiency, and stock status updates.
Provide data insights and performance analysis to management for decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Maintain proper documentation of all operational activities to ensure compliance and traceability.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, or logistics coordination, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), and warehouse workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external logistics partners.
