Takes full ownership and accountability for store productivity, including sales forecasting and achievement of sales plans
Builds and sustains a high-energy environment that prioritizes both sales and customer service excellence
Oversees the service standards by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of service behaviors
Develops and manages strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Maintains the physical store environment to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and proper store maintenance
Identifies performance gaps among store staff and takes proactive steps for development, performance improvement, or counseling as needed
Recognizes, rewards, and communicates individual and team achievements to motivate and retain talent
Formulates and executes action plans to address key business challenges, leveraging strategies to drive business impact and deliver desired results
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in retail or service industry.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) are essential. Other languages are a plus.
Having past experience in sales and customer service in fast-paced retail industry.
Customer-centric with strong sense of service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good in managing team, people person, great leadership and strong collaboration.
Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors.
