Responsibilities
To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
Monitor Store Operations.
To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers' needs are met.
Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
Job Requirements
Experience as a retail Supervisor preferred
Skincare industry experience is an added advantage
Sales-driven, passionate, and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
