• Diploma/Degree in Business/Management/Logistics/ Operation
• At least 3 years of Warehouse experience associate experience is required
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client
• Effective communication with customers and internal staff is necessary
• Good team leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
• Escalates issues to manager and recommends potential solutions.
• Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
• Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when IT is deemed necessary from time to time.
