Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards.
Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs.
Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retails Area Manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
