Responsible on overall warehouse activities,accurate physical receiving of material/products and insures delivery of materials/products to proper department.
To coordinate and supervise warehouse daily inbound/outbound activities.
To monitor and manage material kitting/transfer schedule and backlogs.
Monitor all inventory transaction updating into ERP system by daily basis.
Oversee inventory checking/stock cycle counting (weekly random stock count and yearly full stock count)
To execute stock disposal and stock returns to principals.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control and ensure practice of FIFO stock arrangement.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to superior.
Required to coordinate and work closely with others teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Warehousing or any equivalent.
At least 3 year work experience in Logistic/Warehousing or any equivalent.
Computer literate with organization , typing and data entry skills.
Preferably good communication and writing skills in English,other languages are an advantage.
