• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above
• 2-3 years\' experience in managing manufacturing store or warehouse
• Experience in operating Materials Handling Equipment such as Forklift / Reach Truck is an added advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP System
• Willing to Work in Shift
• You have great communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Candidate have skills in Inventory Management Customer Service Retail Operation

Tanggungjawab

• To comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Compulsory participation in monthly & yearly stock count, Internal & External
• Perform Material Receiving (GR) and Material Issuance (GI) using Barcode Scanner and ERP System
• To ensure that Material Issuance is issued out is based on FIFO.
• To liaise with Production Supervisor on preparation of raw material, standard items & packaging request / issue / transfer for production usages.
• Highly meticulous and discipline to ensure that data entry into ERP System is on time and accurate
• To establish and maintain 5S and ensure the warehouse floor is safe, clean and tidy.
• To ensure Materials labelling system (stock card) is in good manner (Quantity, Item, location, etc)
• Organize store or warehouse space & optimize space utilization
• To execute for loading & unloading containers for internal moving or shipment.
• To ensure correct label of pallet, shipping mark and related document for shipment
• Coordinate logistics requirements pertaining to transportation and all forms of export documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
