Store Supervisor/officer
Job Description
1. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date raw material (Bar & Coil etc.) stock data that involve physical movement or transaction in the system according to SOP.
2. Responsible for overall General Store (GS) functions, which include storage of consumables and some spare parts.
3. Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) in ERP system, so that Purchasing Dept. could source the the items based on PR.
4. Responsible for stock receiving, issuing, balancing and up to date physical stock in system.
5. To perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in ERP system and ensure all delivery order and invoices billed are correct.
