Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.

Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.

Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory

Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.

Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.

Responsible for packing, labelling, loading and uploading the goods from truck.

Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs.

Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally.

Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back from customer or to supplier.

Carry out any other assignments as assigned by company from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirement:

1) At least with SPM qualification

2) Can communicate fluently in English and Malay. Chinese communication will be an added advantage.

3) Good in computer skills

4) Good in problem solving skills.

5) Good in emotional control.

6) Highly self-motivated and quick Learner.

7) Possess own vehicle & willing to travel.

8) At least one year experience in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
