Job Description

Responsibilities : - Identify and allocate stocks for orders with special requirements and practice FIFO - Ensure orders are scrutinized carefully and dispatched in accordance to procedures and processed via SAP. - Liaison with internal departments (order processing, planning, laboratory, production accounts, buying) to effectively carry out the daily task - Liaison with external parties (freight forwarders, haulier, external warehouse) to efficiently conduct the movement of containers and despatches. - To work closely with third party warehouse as if it is our own warehouse. Liaison in areas of logistics, warehousing, dispatches monthly stock checks and documentation requirements - Preparation for monthly stock checks and stocks reconciliation. - Identify and highlight rejected old and obsolete stocks to the warehouse executive for action. - Receive deliveries from suppliers. - Assist in driving forklift when necessary - Safely store and handle the goods in the warehouses under recommended handling procedures and storage conditions - Maintain good housekeeping To perform work assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: - SPM or equivalent - 1 -2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in warehouse/administrative work - Competent in use of PC Job Type: Permanent Benefits:
