Organize and maintain the store in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials as per requests and maintain proper records.
Ensure accurate recording of stock in/out movement.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records, delivery orders, and purchase records.
Prepare regular stock reports and updates for management.
Assist in physical stock audits and reconciliation.
Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation for goods/materials.
Liaise with transporters and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Maintain records of machinery usage and servicing schedules.
Assist in scheduling and monitoring machinery maintenance and repairs.
