Job Description

Key Responsibility Responsible in all aspect of material handling, daily incoming, and outgoing material. Storekeeper duties: 1.Responsible to ensure and coordinate the storage of all materials to be stored and well-arranged at the dedicated assign location. 2. Responsible for proper coding, labeling and arrangement of materials in store. 3. Responsible to ensure all transaction related to store are maintained, recorded, and made correctly. 4. Responsible to ensure and coordinate good 5S housekeeping practice at all time. 5. Responsible to feedback and report consistently to warehouse executive on daily task. 6. Responsible to assist warehouse executive in physical stock check and inventory control system. 7. Responsible to ensure, coordinate and manage all security measure towards products, materials in the warehouse. 8. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time. Material Handling duties: 1. Responsible to load, unload and move material within and around work site. 2. Responsible to measure material properly for preparation and movement. 3. Responsible to prepare and deliver all necessary material required by production prior to the start of those manufacturing operations in sufficient time. 4. Responsible to remove finished goods from production operations areas and prepare for storage. 5. Responsible to organize materials, remove effuse and arrange manufacturing and warehouse areas ensuring that these areas are safe, neat and clean. 6. Responsible to read work orders or follows oral instruction to determine materials or containers to be moved. 7. Responsible to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
