• To oversee and monitor inventory and handling process
• Assist in enforcing the company rules & regulations, work and safety regulations and implementation of ISO9001/13485/GMP Requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To arrange formers in former store to be charge in/out prior to prepare for change former process.
• Maintain appropriate recording and update formers stock in time.
• Assist former store supervisor to lead the team of storehand to monitor and upkeep the formers inventory as per instruction.
• Ensure sufficient good tools and equipment for the team to perform their daily inventory monitoring and handling task.
• Ensure formers inventory accuracy by preparing former stock count list for verifier to come for random count.
• To help identify and remove damage/cracked formers found upon random count process and replace with good/new formers.
• To organize receiving task of from and to Production team to be at the right quantity, right item and in good condition.
• Ensure formers movement is recorded and accurate inbound and charge out quantity for system wise management.
• To assist supervisor in monitoring and reporting stock level as and when required.
• To liaise with former team (production) on the arrangement of incoming new former from containers for scanning in/out process.
• Ensure all subordinates work accordance to SOP and always equip with safety equipment during work
• Assist supervisor to train up new staff to be competent in handling and manages formers inventory.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness at workplace.
• Constantly maintain 5S in work area.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTSEducation:

• Minimum SPM leaver, attended school for foreign workers or any equivalent certificate.

Work Experience:

• Experience: Minimum five (5) years of warehouse experience and subject to working competency evaluated by the superior for foreign working experience in warehouse for local worker.
• Minimum SPM and Good knowledge of warehousing and inventory methods and procedures; operation and maintenance of material classification of a variety of supplies and materials; including the handling equipment.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Communication skills.
• Good in human relation skills.
• Able to read, write and speak in BM and BI.
• Able to do some planning and organization work.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to drive reach truck and forklift.
• Work on shift rotation.
• Physically fit and have a good eyesight.
• Able to perform simply calculation.
• Strong leadership skill able to motivate others.
• Know how to priorities workload, resource and ensure attention in detail.
• Proficient in MS application, particularly Word & Excel and very familiar with WMS concept and application tools.
• Ability to maintain inventory control system monitor stock levels and inventory records.
