Job Description

Responsible for receiving, storing and issue supplies and equipment for day to day Palm Garden Golf Course operations. Work closely with Purchasing Department, ensure cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management

: Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment, such as tools, fertilizers, and replacement parts.

Stock control

: Work with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels and manage inventory to avoid shortages.

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate records of all stored items.

Organization

: Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and safe.

Coordination

: Assist the maintenance department by providing them with the necessary materials for daily tasks and special projects Adhering to all relevant health, safety and security protocols

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a similar Storekeeper or Stock Control role Strong

organizational and record-keeping skills

, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in inventory management software

and other related IT systems

Experience using QiSoft

will be an added advantage Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to collaborate effectively with team members

Proactive, problem-solving mindset

with the ability to work independently

Physically fit and dexterous

to handle the physical demands of the role

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
