Job Description

Job Summary:



The Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock movement, and ensuring all materials, parts, and finished goods are properly received, stored, and issued in a timely manner to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, parts, and supplies. Verify quantity, quality, and documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices) against purchase orders. Organize and store items in designated storage areas according to company procedures. Issue materials to production as per requisition and maintain proper documentation. Conduct regular stock checks and support monthly or quarterly inventory audits. Update stock records in the inventory management system accurately and promptly. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of low inventory or discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store and storage areas. Coordinate with purchasing and production departments on material requirements. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or contamination. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
