• Candidates must posses at least SPM
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Inventory audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Safety compliance: Ensure the warehouse complies with safety regulations and that all employees adhere to safety protocols.
• Team supervision: Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordination with other departments: Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• To supply labor for maintaining daily store activities, including the delivery process.
• To ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and organized, following the 5S procedure.
• To receive and check materials/products from suppliers and arrange them on shelves (if materials are damaged, follow the goods return process).
• To report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.
• To prepare warehouse documentation such as updating the tools master list, goods return form, and others.
• To prepare for material reordering and submit it to the store supervisor, as well as participate in monthly stock-taking.
• To pack semi-raw materials and raw materials like screws and other items.
• To maintain work productivity by delivering and collecting materials/documentation on time (update in the group if there is any delay).
• To receive, unload, and shelve incoming materials/products.
• To verify and inspect received goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• To maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• To ensure that goods are stored properly and securely, minimizing damage and deterioration.
• To prepare and submit purchase requisitions for stock replenishment.
• To monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory counts and audits.
• To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storehouse.
• To coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• To follow all company policies and procedures regarding storage, safety, and handling of materials.
• To comply with all safety requirements set by the company.
