Job Description

Receive and inspect all incoming materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Identify, document, and resolve any discrepancies in received shipments in a timely manner. Maintain the integrity of the facility's inventory management system by accurately recording physical inventory levels, receipts, adjustments, and returns. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure compliance with established minimum and maximum stock thresholds. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all receipts, issues, and withdrawals from the stockroom. Perform packing, pricing, labeling, and returns processing for supplies as required. Oversee stock rotation to minimize obsolescence and coordinate the disposal of surplus or expired materials. Supervise the handling of freight, movement of equipment, and execution of minor repairs as necessary. Manage supplier relationships and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, ensuring all interactions adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. Prepare and issue purchase orders, and utilize purchasing cards to execute low-value procurement transactions efficiently. Arrange for the return or replacement of cancelled, damaged, or defective items in coordination with suppliers.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
