Job Responsibilities:

Ensure proper receiving and issuance of goods
Upon receiving goods, conduct visual checks on cargo, ensure item, quantity, and labelling of cargo is tally with D/O content
Report any abnormalities (torn or damaged goods) in cargo to Supervisor
Perform acknowledgment of good receipt in accordance with D/O content
Conduct tally checks to ensure outbound cargo tallies with D/O before loading to lorry or container
Ensure finished goods are packed in accordance with shipping instructions
Take picture of the container and post it to WhatsApp group upon completion on stuffing and unstuffing
Work closely with customer service team to ensure cargo is picked and packed on time for transportation
Perform good housekeeping at the warehouse
Able to operate forklift and reach truck
Perform cycle count and stock take
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
