Job Description

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Storekeeper to manage inventory and material flow in a facility that stores chemicals and ceramic former, involve in former disposal activity and pallet repair. The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse management skills, knowledge of chemicals and ceramic materials handling procedures and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and store chemicals and ceramic materials (including crushed ceramic) according to procedure and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse inventory software.
- Involve in former crushing activity and wooden pallet repair.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO for material rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and hazard markings in all storage areas.
- Report any spills, leaks, or irregularities to superior.
- Loading/unloading with safe handling practices and use of PPE.
- Willing to stand or move around for long hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum: SPM or equivalent.
- Preferred: Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Industrial Safety.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment .
- Basic computer skills and use of warehouse software and scanners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
