Storekeeper
Job Description
1. Received goods from suppliers, i.e. to check quantity and quality against documentations - purchase requisition/order/delivery order. 2. Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in store at all times. 3. Monitor the stock level. 4. Ensure accuracy in an inventory system or database by updating records of physical inventory totals, adjustments, and returns. 5. To conduct stock count on every week (or as and when required) and send stock balance report to the Supervisor. 6. To record the stock movement/usage on daily basis. 7. Prepare accessories & appliances for new set delivery to customer as per Submission Order. 8. To help Operations/Planner in preparing goods and equipment/tools to the installation team 9. Undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed
